What is Pay-as-you-go, and What is Host-your-account?

  1. Pay-as-you-go: is a service option where you don’t have to have your own Midjourney/ChatGPT/Kling/Luma/Suno/etc accounts depending on the API you want to use, and you will be using the account pool operated by us. Thus, all the jobs submitted will be processed by our accounts.
  2. Host-your-account: is a service option where you do need to have and operate your own Midjourney/ChatGPT/Kling/Luma/Suno/etc accounts, and then subscribe to a seat or multiple seats on our platform for that particular API, onnect your account to that seat, and then start using the API. Thus, all the jobs submitted will be processed by your own accounts.

How do I go from Pro Plan to Creator Plan?

  1. Cancel the Pro Plan, and the plan will stop at the end of that billing cycle. Then, subscribe to the Creator Plan.

How do I cancel subscriptions?

  1. Go to https://piapi.ai/workspace/billing

    1. To cancel your Host-your-plan Seats Subscriptions, click on the edit button of the API seat you want to cancel, and reduce the number of seats to zero, and click on “Change Subscription”. It will take effect in the next billing cycle

    2. To cancel your Subscription Plans (Creator, Pro) , click on the “Unsubscribe” besides the plan you are subscribed under “Billing” section

How can I see my invoices for my payments?

  1. Invoices for Host-your-account Seat Subscriptions: automatically emailed to account's email address
  2. Invoices for Plan Subscription (Creator, Pro) : automatically emailed to account's email address
  3. Invoices for Credit Top Up Invoices: Go to https://piapi.ai/workspace/billing | click on arrow besides “Credit History” | click on “Invoice” as shown below

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we do have the following discount policy:

  1. One Time Top Up Discount:
    1. If the one-time top up amount is higher than $650, please message us in Discord for 3% more credits.
    2. If the one-time top up amount is higher than $2700, please message us in Discord for 5% more credits.
    3. If the one-time top up amount is higher than $5400, please message us in Discord for 7% more credits.
    4. If the one-time top up amount is higher than $10,800, please message us in Discord for 9% more credits.
