Luma Dream Machine API - BYOA

  1. My Luma account shows “disabled”, what can I do?

    1. Log into your Luma Account, try submitting a job manual, and see if it works. If it does not, that means your Luma account has problems, which you’d have to solve yourself.
    2. If it does, then delete the account from the GoAPI seat, get the token and reconnect the account again.
  2. On Luma Account Session Token:

    1. Once the session token is obtained, please close the window. If you leave it open and continue to use our API, the token will soon expire in minutes (normally the token should last 2 to 3 weeks).
    2. Also, please do not log out of your login either, just close the window; if you log out, the token will also expire
  3. Luma API BYOA Seat Status

    Status Explaination
    Disabled (invalid token) The “Disabled” status and the “invalid token” error message are both indicators that the system has lost the login sesssion of your Luma account.

    Thus, delete your account from the BYOA seat, check the validity of your token, and reconnect your account to the seat. | | | | | | | | | | | | |
